Located in the Warehouse Arts District which comprises a vibrant sector of downtown New Orleans, Louisiana that's a mix of high-end residential (apartments & condos) and impressive companies taking root in renovated historic buildings.

The property is walking distance to most major attractions: The French Quarter, The National World War II Museum, the Superdome/New Orleans Arena, St. Charles Avenue and seasonal Mardi Gras parades.

The Collective occupies over 8,000 square feet (including a 200 seat flexible event space) and house the offices of WBEC South and other companies and organizations.

We have three different conference rooms, all outfitted with the latest technology.
Each of our conference rooms has the ability to project what is on the screen of any computer wirelessly! We also have high-speed broadband internet available throughout the facility for you and your guests.
Our staff will ensure that you have what you need to ensure your event or meeting goes off without a hitch!
You might have noticed these cool panels on the walls. These actually allow the same room to be configured as 3 small conference rooms, 1 large conference room, or 2 different sizes of conference room!
Our huddle room allows you and a small group to meet as you need. It even includes a TV with wireless collaboration technology!

Our fully equipped kitchenette has filtered water on demand, two large refrigerators (not pictured), and dual microwaves to heat up your lunch!
